Make sure Scooby stays on the surf board by helping him keep his balance.  Don't let him fall into the water!

Left/Right Arrows - Adjust balance
Up Arrow - Ride to the top of the wave
Down Arrow - Return to the bottom of the wave
Spacebar - Jump (while at the top of the wave) to grab Scooby snacks
